In higher education, I coached students on job, leadership, and personal life skills. With over 1,100 teaching hours teaching mindfulness, meditation and yoga, I offer presentations, workshops, classes and coaching for those eager to improve their health and wellbeing.

The mind-body-spirit connection is a powerful one. If any area falters, the body and mind may experience distress, pain, inflammation and “weird symptoms.” I’ve worked with a variety of ages, abilities and conditions, including:

My methods align with the National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health’s definition of mind and body practices.
