In higher education, I coached students on job, leadership, and personal life skills. With over 1,200 hours of teaching mindfulness, meditation and yoga, I offer presentations, workshops, classes and coaching for those eager to improve their health and well-being.

The mind-body-spirit connection is a powerful one. If any area falters, the body and mind may experience distress, pain, inflammation and “weird symptoms.” Having trained under two professional psychologists, I utilize mind-body techniques that relax the mind and soothe the body. Ages, abilities and conditions I’ve worked with include:
