IMG_1601 (Copy)As a former student activities and leadership development professional, I coached university students on job, leadership, and personal life skills. I later transferred my expertise to marketing communications. I now guide others seeking relief from stress, illness and pain through presentations, classes and personal coaching.

The mind-body-spirit connection is a powerful one; if any are out of balance, the others can suffer. My clients have included adults, children, athletes, the elderly, chronic pain sufferers, perfectionists, workaholics, people with sleep insomnia, eating disorders, anxiety disorders, depression, acute trauma, PTSD and Parkinson’s Disease.  My methods are simple – and don’t come with the side effects associated with prescription medications.

We never stop learning in life, and I’ve made it my mission to find more health and wellness tools and resources that I can share with others.  If you think your doctor has failed you, don’t give up. You still have many options.
